These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and g444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the g444 website located at g444.bio, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, promotions, and account features made available through the platform.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 5.3 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The g444 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held a g444 account, or who are opening a duplicate account, are not eligible for the welcome bonus. g444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

By holding a g444 account, you undertake to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to every registered player:

8.1 Limitation of Liability

8.2 Technical Errors

In such cases, the amount staked will be returned to the player's account balance. g444 will not honour winnings that arise from a demonstrable technical error, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

8.4 Force Majeure

g444 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond g444's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, or internet service disruption affecting Bangladesh or the regions in which g444's infrastructure operates.
